This week, we'll be finishing Project Utopia. As we read "The Giver" we also analyzed and studied the concept of utopias, including modern and past examples. Students will now engage in a creative writing exercise where they create a slide presentation on their concept of a "perfect" society. This will be a blend of writing and graphics. Students have had fun with it so far and I'm excited to see them flex their creative writing muscles.
Thanks for the continued support and encouragement! Please email or call me (652-4742) with any questions. Enjoy your week!
