Week 4 Outline

We had a fantastic week last week, I feel the students are understanding the concepts, have our class procedures down and overall, have a great attitude.  Our first Utah-in-the-News presenters did a fine job and sat the bar high for the rest of the trimester.  We really enjoyed the first monthly Robins Raffle and our very first Gecko Time.  I hope the students see how fun it is to get their work complete and reap the rewards.

I hope you have all enjoyed a long weekend!  I'm excited to see everyone tomorrow and continue our Book-to-Film Compare/Contrast Unit.  The students will get good, solid practice this week and I will equip them with the tools to successfully complete their Book-to-Film Book Report.  Remember this report is due September 26th.  I plan on giving students time to work on the report next week but they may need to finish at home.
